There is nothing that can be done now. You can start all over again.

I'm afraid thats what happens you break the Terms of Service. When the notice came up you should have got rid of everything that was breaking the ToS.

To be honest, i think it was very nice of forumotion to give you a notice like that before deleting your forum.
