If i change anything even if its just a color, it fucks up my entire theme! and skin!!!!!

It makes it look like the entire forum is in a * list

i managed to fix it, but now if i edit anything it fucks it up agian!
(just recently changed my forum version to phpbb3

edit: it also shows a completely different version on Internet explorer ....i offically give up imw atching this topic but i now need a break ive been trying to fix it for 5 hours... and the preview is "NEVER" what actually shows up in firefox or explorer

Fixed it myself, i cleared my Cache
