ONE Navbar button and easy image editing please

Hi guys my forum is

As you can see my nav bar buttons are custom made by my friend, unfortunately i can't get in contact with him and I desperatley need a button for "Livestream", "LoL:A TV, or "Stream". Whichever is easier to make, it has to be the same button and font style, I hope it's not too hard!

Also next request is very simple, as you can see from my website background the picture of the ice bird is faded to black on the left side but not on the right and bottom side. I was wondering if someone could take that image and fade the right and bottom side to black so it blends in with the background color (which is black).
