I can't log in

Hello
I can't log in my forum this message appears:

I don't use any proxy.
even some members having this problem what should I do?

Well, just from looking at the screenshot I can see that there is a .tk domain which causes a lot of problems in general. Never use free domains as they do nothing but mask the original domain and cause problems. Try using the original domain to log in.

Does it happen when you attempt to log in or when you click on the log in button?

there is nothing wrong with .tk.

perfectly ok.

Well, I've been on your forum and when I click on the log in button I don't see any problems. Unless you're talking about entering the details and then logging in?

@ TGC HARDC0RE : they are not perfectly okay, .tk is a masking domain and causes a lot of problems.

I've deleted every thing cach , cookies .. etc
it loged me in without problems but when i tried to enter to the admin panel ( I've entered the details after clicked on log in ) the same message shown up i still having this problem

This has happened to me once. Except this only affected me logging in the Administration Panel repeatedly times, without any message popping up. I waited it out for a couple of hours, or maybe a day, and eventually. Everything went back to normal. So again, try waiting for a couple of hours. If it continues, post back here.

Just for testing purposes, can you log into the utilities ( https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ ) and use the part "Direct connection to your forum". Can you log into the admin panel there?

How long has this been occurring for?

get a full backup and a backup from thursday to stay on the safe side

Now I was trying to access to the utilities but this message occurs
The maximum number of 20 login attempts has been exceeded. You are not allowed to login for the next 360 minutes.
this happen a lot i think someone trying to guess the password maybe a hacker.

Now I have loged in successfully to the forum and the admin panel from the original link and I hope I will not have this problem again , I had this problem for 3 weeks and I was in the Arabic support forum they give me some solutions but it didn’t work so I came here thank you all very much for helping me.
