Bad Admin

Well, My Forum it's all f**ed up from almost a year. A guy who I trusted, and gave admin rights, when I had sum work to do and couldn't watch the forum, deleted all the categories and topics. So, my question now is, can I return all as it was back then? I mean the topics, the categories?

Go to >Restore the forum such as it was previously
For "Backup type" Put Full Backup.
Put the date before every thing was deleted
And hit submit and every thing should come back the way it was before.
