Backround (page) Image

I've changed the background image a couple of times but now when I do it (and yes I'm clicking "save") it reverts to the default skin background. I've tried different sized backgrounds thinking maybe it was too large but it always reverts back to the default skin background. Any thoughts? I was able to change everything else. The header, the buttons, the "whos online" pic. Only having issue with background.

Display // Colors // CSS look for background image and put a new image link there // Save
