Hello,
Forum points are not related with credits. Credits use real money while forum points use inside your forum only and points do not change with credits or real money. In simple, you cannot use your points to change it to credits to buy something.

but is there any way i can get this credit because both the payment method is not available in my country. Nigeria.please can anybody help with how i can get credit for my forum.

theire is no way to change the forum activity point to credit. sorry
if you don't have any payment way available in you country, you can activate the donation page and ask your members for a participation
