Hi every one on this forum just want to ask if how to do this?

im thinking of how to set the fallowing to avoid junk thread because many thread are use less because many members after starting a thread and posting they dont check it again so i think this is good idea to avoid junk thread.

1)members auto subscribe if he/she start new thread or post then the forum will send mail notification to their email if any new post.
1)how do i subscribe to my whole own forum that send me an email notification every time their is a new thread and post so i can manage my whole forum.
