Prettymuch a universal thing on most websites these days are 'content tags' that allow you to collect together pages that have similar stuff ala. Film Genre's on IMDB, Location/Type of story on News Sites and keywords on blogs.

While we can have the 'keywords' system it's really not very usable when as far as i can tell there's no way to assign a keyword to a particular post and there seems to be no reasonable way to control what keywords are used and where.

Bringing tags that can be set when posting allows content to be found easier while making the keyword's actually useful by allowing members and visitors alike to group threads across different categories.

For a roleplay site like ours it would be brilliant to be able to tag a thread by who's in it, location, open/closed, rating, special events and time, etc.etc.

but for other sites such as this forum it could be just as useful to 'tag' support information such as forum-type, computer os, browser etc. to help find similar threads.
