My music MIX - Legal or not ?

When I make MIX, with 2 or more songs, and upload on my forum, is it legal or not ?
Or add some effects or jingle in song ?
Is this my property,I relly dont know too much about rules,and dont want to play with them.
I wont rules on my language to read carerfully.

no, he asking if he can put his own Remix's on the forums

yes, if u created a remix and name the song original name must also include word "remix" in the title of the song, its your property because you created something different then the original song but you still need to give the artist credit.

Yes I think about Mix or Remix, Mix is two or more songs,Remix is one song with change.

But you still need to give the artist credit. Where you read this?
