cannot find Administration Panel Empty cannot find Administration Panel

i have made a new forum and after sighning in cannot find the Administration Panel on the page and i am not sure if I an even logged in because i sign in under the admin acount and it puts me to the forum home page.

That's strange if you're signed in under the admin account it should be at the bottom of the page above the free forum support link. scratch
