Solved Chat box on all pages not letting users log in or out

So i did the code for the chatbox to be accessible on all forum pages but it won't let anyone login or out and i need some help

Well i would greatly appreciate some help from someone on here and i used the codes and follow the tutorial forumotion made correctly and it doesn't let anyone log out or into the chat box and i need to know how i can fix this
