I lost the password to my founding account, and the e-mail I registered the account with no longer exists. I've contacted Forumotion staff multiple times to no avail. Is there no way I can recover it?

I have a similar issue. I have ALL the records of my 3 year old forum, except the original password sent. I would like to be in contact with someone that could help me reset this password so I can keep it for the record in case I ever need to restore the forum from the backup.
MAYBE this function could be added to the Founder's Control Panel? I can change or reset the password, but I could not use the tools. THANKS!

I have the same issue and have tried several times to resolve it. Is there a way I can also email someone the original email address used during registration and the current one. Thank you for any help.

As I stated before... I changes the auto-generated PWs and discarded the email three years ago. I can get to my admin account, but I do NOT got access to restore our forums... I would like to have access to the backups/restore...

Because is the exact same issue and I can wait for the The Godfather to PM me too? Why flood the forum with the same issue? Just like we must read the FAQs to avoid posting the same issue unnecessarily.

I also Have a similar problem but I forgot my password ,and can't log in to set the option on the admin panel as yes let administrators get a password sent. I can prove that it is also my forum and that I created it.
