Founding Password Lost

First topic message reminder :

I lost the password to my founding account, and the e-mail I registered the account with no longer exists. I've contacted Forumotion staff multiple times to no avail. Is there no way I can recover it?

Forgot to mention this earlier, however, my founding account was seen logged in recently, July 7th, to be exact, when I've lost access to it months before. Either my account has been compromised or recovered, but there's been no activity seen of it since. If it was compromised, then the hacker did nothing with it, if it's been recovered, no one from the support staff has notified me of its recovery. I have contacted more than one staff member on this issue, could that be a possible cause?

As i said, the matter is reported. Please don't PM multiple staff members & create a confusion.

Did you check your founders mail? I'm not sure but think they send it there.

Yes, I check it out few times a day and theres no respond (To be sure, I send a secondary email in my message too, but its empty too).

Than PM the person who you PM'd the first time and ask what happend to it.

I try, but sending PM to this person is now disable. I send a new message to another person and will wait for some answer, if any

Its been already five days since I first time ask for help, and theres still no reaction:( Not even "Hi, your message has been received - be patient, we're workin' on it."
So what should I do now? Send another message and wait another few days..? Not cool.

It's been over a month now. All I ask is for a progress report, has anything been done, and if there's a problem, how can I help? There are a lot of things I need to get done that I haven't been able to do for months. I'm trying to stay loyal to Forumotion but if this can't be resolved, there's not much I can do anymore with this hosting.

I suggest in the future everyone create a text file with all their accounts information, or email it to yourselfs, put it on a flash drive or write it down the old fashion way.

Belive me i have been there and forgot passes to many different things, so i got smart and created a account info folder with all my accounts.. never had the problem again.
Just be sure if you are on a shared computer you put it in a pass protected file.

And be sure not to forget the pass to that

So other then this advice for the future, if it's something only the godfather/pro admin can do, then all you can do is wait, he tries his best to take care of everyone problems and will get to them, but he takes them in the order he revives them and it can be a lot of people.. so please try to be patient.. if sanket has sent it to him more then once he will revive it.

fro everyone else, you have to follow this link.I strongly Suggest you do not have the setting ever set for admins not to be able resend their self a new pass.. And keep all your info written down or in a secure file..

Xanthis it is not. However, we as staff members have done everything possible to get this done. So you need to respect us with atleast following the rules.

Every log in provider ask some security question before sign up. Are you remember what was that? There should be option of recover password by entering your email id. then mail you your password to your registered id try this.

Just received my new pass, sorry if I offended anyone. Solved.
