Is there a way to lock only one topic instead of an entire forum?

Yes, its there at the bottom. The option to lock a topic.

It's not in new post . It's at the bottom right of the topic Smile .

If you want to lock up many topics go to that forum and press "You can moderate this forum" And do lock many topics Smile .
