(Anti-Cheat system) The new members with less than a week (or month) can not vote

My suggestion is that the new members with less than a week (or month) can not vote.
I think this is good Anti-Cheat system.

P.S. In many cases, there is an Important voting, like (Moderator Election Poll, ........)
so, sure the member will try to make multi account for voting.

Like, if you make a competition where two members compete with their themes (who has the better one). And one contestant starts making multiple accounts just to vote for himself.

Then it would make sense to call it an 'Anti-Cheat' system.

If this duration (which is currently suggested at a week) could be changed then I'll vote yes.

umm, there already is a feature for guests not to vote on the forum permissions. Its already on the administration panel.
