Solved Smiley Problems

Hi, I have this forum and I want to add a GIF smiliey smaller than 50KB, and smaller than 100x100. That includes animated smileys. I add the smilie with the code example : :soda: and a name like Drinking Soda. The real image doesn't appear, this is what appears :

Can someone explain why it does that?
