    Hidden Guests and Hacking Empty Hidden Guests and Hacking

    I have 15 hidden guests that are constantly observing my forum but are not registered. Recently one hacked in and posted ads under all my topics. I even got a message in Russian from the hacker. i changed the password and deleted all the posts. My question is how can I stop a guest from posting? Thank you.

    If you go to the ACP -> General -> Categories and forums

    Go into the permissions of each individual forum and change the Posting Messages to Members, and uncheck guests. It will stop them from posting.
