I recently logged on to my websites control panel and it says that i have 7days to fix my site or it will get deleted. A guy reported me for ToS for Copyright but he got mad left our site and made his so. He made the site after us. Please Help

If there is no illegal content or ToS breaking content on your forum then there is no need to worry.

well someone got mad left our site copyed our site and reported us. we got reported and now we have to find a new layout

Doesn't matter, if it was yours first it's yours. If someone got mad and reported you then you did nothing wrong. Just ignore it.

Upon checking the report, the Litigation's team member would of inspected certain logs to assassin who had what theme first, and assuming you had it, and it was all yours, you would have it.

The only reason you would have this message is if you were to have a topic/thread violating the ToS, or atleast 1 image of your theme is copyrighted, and is being used without the creator's written permission.

Drog, you know there's always a reason being an OG warning....

On 2 terms:

1- Provide the URL of the site in particular
2- You don't hold me responsible

Ofcause, the warning of violation could be more then just Copyrighted use, could be that you have a post/section that has pornography, Illegal downloads and such.

I'd safely assume that in a private area that you have something that disrespects the Terms Of Service.
