Is there a way to create a new recent posts widget that shows a thumbnail image of the avatar of the last poster?

Any help on solving this issue would be much appreciated

No i think all it will do is show the user name of the recent post/topics.
But i am not sure, wait see if anyone else knows if there is a way and i will go try to test a couple things in the meantime.
