The B-day Message Help

Well I created The B-day Message and activated it, one of my members had a b-day come and go but informed me that no message showed up anywhere. Thus I tried it myself and got the same result: nothing. Any ideas as to how to make it show up or why it didn't?

Go into Admin Panel>Users and groups>Search uhsers>Click Edit

>Profile Infomation (Sub heading on page)>Then check the year it has there.
