custom HTML url

hi..
i just wanna ask..
can i have custom url for html page?
instead of /page id + title
as example;
title:radio
it becomes forum/h3-radio
i want forum/radio only

You mean for the link in the address bar, or the page title?

I would say the answer would be no, because h3 id the html page you have it on.
So for your links in the address bar you are always going to have the link shown.

but you can always add a page title to your html code so it shows in the tab as the title?

no because the h3 is part of the html page address, without that it would not go to the page
