Solved password help

I forgot my admin password on my forum and i can't log in.....'Prohibit send a new password for the administrators and moderators' is activated in the "Administrative Panel"> Security'

Well. I am having the same problem. I just created the forum, TY for this neat
ida too, BTW-but I'm sure I wrote everything down right. Now I can't log in at all. Sad
