how to un-delete topics?

by mistake i deleted some of my topics, is there a way to recover them? (i am the admin)

that is the only way to restore deleted topics

it should take you to forum utilities, where you need to sign in with your email and password when your forum was created. You can then choose which back up you want to do.

is there a way to restore only msg's? in the link can restore msg's+ users and i dont want that..



edit: btw it dosent work.. it says that the restore was done and its all the same here...
