Upload Custom skin? Empty Upload Custom skin?

Is it possible for me to upload my own custom skin?
cause i have a skin that i downloaded and is supposed to work with the version
of phpbb that my forum has i just would like to learn how to change the look to this:

Is there a way that i can edit the apperance with Ftp or something?
cause it would be awesome if there was FTP!!!Monolith

Sorry but you can't have access to ftp and you can only change your theme if it is a bbtheme. If it's not you can change most of the pictures manually.
