Activating email problem

i just want to know if is it possible that the users when they register they have to activate by e-mail how can i do it that they don't have to activate the registration with e-mail ????

You can only switch the activation for new members in 2 ways: Either members in which they receive an e-mail that they must confirm or Admin in which the admin will receive an e-mail for every member that registers and needs to confirm each e-mail.
