Multiple smiley codes for one smiley?

Does anybody know if it's possible to have multiple smiley codes for one smiley, without having to upload the same smiley multiple times?
For example, '', '=)' and '(:' will all enable the smiley.

Also, as a side note, is it possible to prevent the 'View more Emoticons' bar (plus 'Ok' button)' from showing up?
