i absolutly love using forumotion websites,i love how i have complete control of my website,including who has access to my website(1 huge thing freewebs lacked )

i have no clue how to change the website address

i would start over,but my website looks cool

Hi,

Changing the address, no issues

Change the current sub-domain

Admin panel >> General > Forum address

Re-directing a domain name you currently own is also used there.

You can use the options nds1.forumotion.com or nds2.forumotion.com .

To purchase a new domain

Admin panel >> Misc > Domain.
You can buy cheaper domains external to forumotion but it's not guarenteed to work 100% of the time, and dependant of the domain host.

i wont be buying anything so a new domain is out

In a few months if your activity is high enough, you might just see a surprise, namely free domain in your admin panel
