    Solved New members Issue

    Hello,

    Since im new here and I hv a problem I cnt solve by myelf, I hope one of you guys can help me out.

    How can I change this message:
    'New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum admin'
    I wnt them to post external links and emails, the moment they become a member.

    AP > General > Security > Prohibit registered members for less than a week to post external links and emails : NO
