Changing the size of topics Empty Changing the size of topics

Is there any way to change the dimensions of topics? (Referring to the cells you see, after clicking on a forum.) I have text overlapping a cut off image, and it looks really sloppy. Sorry to keep asking all this stuff, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

I mean, when you click on a forum, the little boxes that you see, how do you change their sizes?
