terms of service
www.kevheadshack.com
My domain name was running out. got an email saying the domain will be down for a while, but when I sign in to the forumotion address, there is a red section in the admin panel that says we are not adhering to the terms of service. I read thru it and there is an accept button on the bottom. when I click accept it takes me to setup of a new forum. there are no abuses marked in the misc panel so I dont know if there is a problem with certain content or what exactally is the problem. The email I got said I need to go to general and force redirect for the actual domain name and that wont let me either.
is this just standard when you switch hosts or is something wrong with our content?

Well the link no longer works so we can't tell if it was a problem with content.

Re: terms of service
Hi,
The "red" alert box is a completely different system to the "Abuses". The alert that you have if it has a count down on it is an alert from our litigation team, which means your forum isn't complying with our Terms Of Service in one method or another.
I'm sorry there is no way to find out what the team has found out that is against the ToS.

so do I just start deleting stuff until the countdown goes away?
Is there at least any common issues they tend to lean towards? Has anyone else found a way to figure it out?

Re: terms of service
You will need to re-read the terms of service and go through your forum and delete the offending content.

The alert message will go away after the ligitation team rechecks your forum around the date in the alert.
