Advertising language

Hi,

On my Forum the advertising is in French. I verified the set up language and it did not change the advertising language. Most of the members speak English. Is there a way to change it?

I have read everything about language setting on the Forum of Forums. I have read posts from other users. I have verify all the language settings of my Forum as well as my personal profile (which as no relation with the advertising).

So it is very nice of you but all my Forum language settings were verifying. It is a friendly user forum builder and by clicking all the features it is very easy to see where are the language settings.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Seeing as you're from Canada, did you happen to create the forum in French or in English before changing the language?

I think it was in French at the creation and when I saw the advertising in French I looked at my language setting and I changed it.

Can we do something or it will stay in French?

The Add's language is derived from the particular language the forum was created in - every language is stored on different databases, so your fourm was created on a French DBB, thus the add's language is French.
In order to change this, a Technical Administer is required to change the language.

And yes, I've seen it happen on the French Boards as well, so it's possible

There would need to be a report sent to The Godfather, and he can correct it for you.

i dont see any ads?

I get a message that says i need to install additional plug-ins to display all media on this page.

But when i install it says no suitable plug-ins were found?

So i am not sure?

No, the report is done by the coloured staff members, hopefully one of them will notice.

Troll that fake... Dont belive in Ad. cause it can get virus on it

This issue isn't with Forumotion its to deal with your browser language.
