here are the elements to take into consideration for my command :

Nature of the creation : banner
Size of the creation : 88*31 pixels
Animate the creation : yes
Background color : transparent background

I did not fill the "Color of the font" and "Size of the Font" cause I dunno what exactly to put.. Its up to you what font color and font size to be use... And I want an animated banner, should say.
