    The question is in the title. Currently, the banner at the top of my forum links to the forum's home page, but I would like to change that to link it to my website. How can I do this? Is there an option in the admin tools I am missing?

    There is no way to avoid that. It will always redirect to your forum.

    It is possible to do this, all you need to do is follow the steps in this section : https://help.forumotion.com/t124-logo-in-flash

    Its basically the same thing, but you wont be using the flash
