no longer access to administration panel

Hello,

Since a couple of days the ‘administration panel’ (‘beheerderspaneel’ in Dutch) is no longer displayed on the bottom of our forum.

The same issue occurs with the other administrator of the forum.

As we are the only 2 admin’s and the founder is no longer active, we can nolonger go in the administration panel of our forum which is an issue!

I don’t know what I can do to restore this.

I tried .../admin but I get an access denied

Thanks for that, but isn't there an easier way?

Me(username:LucJacobs) and an other person(username:anja) were admin, nobody did change anything and now we are no longer admin.
Perhaps somebody can check some loggings and see what has happened.

For the moment nobody can administrate our forum anymore? We just want to have back what we had.

Hi, it could be that the founder has decided to remove you from the administrators group. If this is the case, then the only way to retrieve the founder account would be to follow the link Sanket has given you.

The 'foudner' didn't connect to the forum for more the 2years, so I dought that she(username:jane) desided to remove me from the admin-group.

Is there no other way to find out who/when this change took place?

I don't know if there is a way of checking who changed this or when this changed. But if the founder has indeed not connected for 2 years then it could be possible to obtain the account by following Sanket's link.

The original founder our forum is Jane

What I find strange is that that her Rank is ‘Admin’ and not ‘Fondateur’

There you see as rang ‘Fondateur’ what is also strange

But eventhough I’m now apperantly ‘founder’ I don’t have access to the ‘administration panel’???

My forum admin can't update and control the forum coz of dead. Pls help how to solve by ask another person to be an admin.
