Custom FAQ Page Problem, Need help ASAP!
Forum URLs:

I have been a Designer on FLR League for over a year and a half, and this is our latest project.
I am the founder of CJDesigns, and we are currently using the FAQ page as our project, too.

Okay, this has been bothering me for quite some time here, and rather annoying that it's a problem.
In the General Tab/FAQ, you are able to create your own custom FAQ section in the FAQ page of your forum. It's working how it's supposed to, but the only problem is that it won't show in the FAQ page in the Admin Panel, where you can delete something if you have duplicate or a mistaken one.
I'd rather have FORUMOTION fix it ASAP.
I have 2 different forum sites and they are both having the same problem.
Is there any way to fix it?
Here is what I'm saying:

If you enter a question/answer, there should be a modified button for the new ones added. Also you should have the able to delete any you create.
Re: Custom FAQ Page Problem, Need help ASAP!
It doesn't show. That's the problem. I know you're supposed to have the ability to modify/delete them.
But they don't show in the menu, and this is the problem we are having right now.

Hello CJs87Stang,
The items in the FAQ box will be shown automatically in between the "question/answer/actions" headers and the "Add a Question/Answer" button, once you add them in. From then on you can either edit or delete any existing questions, or add more.
Hope this helps you in understanding the mechanisms of the FAQ feature.

I don't think people are understanding his problem.
They AREN'T showing up in the admin panel, but they ARE showing up on the FAQ page. SO how can he delete them.
As i say... i made a new FAQ Page in a HTML page, it looks exactly the same, works exactly the same... except i have the freedom over what everything says, and adding stuff and removing stuff.

Re: Custom FAQ Page Problem, Need help ASAP!
LGforum, thank you for your help and understanding of my problem. I will have to do a new HTML page, but is there a way to replace the original FAQ page?
As LGforum has said previously, the problem is that they are NOT showing up in the admin panel at all even though we have already set two different examples in the images as shown in my first post.
Edit: Okay, I think I found the reason why it's taking too long to even show up in the admin panel. It does show now, but it should show immediately after you refresh the page! Is there like a certain time amount before it shows in the admin panel?

Re: Custom FAQ Page Problem, Need help ASAP!
Okay, I think I have found the solution... But I hate how they have it set up.
They should have the option to show the Q&A's when you refresh as default,
instead of having to click on the FAQ tab in the Admin Panel...
General > Rules and FAQ > FAQ
Either to view what's in the menu, you need to click on the FAQ tab in the
Admin Panel every time you make an update or remove anything in the menu.
Just wished it automatically shows up in the menu when refreshing...
I hope that this helps people who are having this trouble with the custom FAQ page,
as I just figured it out on my own and I was just confused on how it worked at first.
Thanks,
CJs87Stang
