Trying to report a forum

I am trying to report a bad forum that is supposed to be set up for children
When I try to enter the screenshot it will not allow this and shows this message:
Wrong picture (jpg, gif and png allowed)
I have stored my screenshot on photobucket but am not sure how to post a link because I think they all include the.jpg
How do I store a screenshot and post the link to the screen shot in the appropriate box on the litigation form?

Sometimes a picture on photobucket doesn't work..

If you save the picture as a JPG/PNG/Bitmap/GIF, upload the pic to a different image server such as Servimg or Imageshack
