Redirect
Last year we got a free domain name that went thru godaddy. I dont have any of the activation keys and there is no link between the forum and godaddy.
can someone remove the redirect so at least I can sign in at kevhead.forumotion.com since www.kevheadshack.com is expired and cant be renewed?

Re: Redirect
can you at least explain the deal with godaddy from last year? Just maybe to warn people that also got this free deal that might end up losing their home too? when I check whois, it basically says godaddy, but the person who should own the domain cannot transfer, delete, or do anything with the domain. If its some bug then at least tell people not to accept this deal or make them aware of my mistakes so it doesnt happen to them.

Re: Redirect
Your forum now goes to godaddy because you didnt renew your domain.
If you don't renew it, you lose it.

I went thru the administrative control panel on the forumotion site. It said I had enough traffic that I didnt have to pay again. Two days later there was a terms of service clock on the forum. A week after godaddy sent me the notice that the domain was expiring.
So first was Forumotion about two weeks before the expiration date.
when go daddy sent me the notice I told them I never had an account with them, it was free thru forumotion, but they say I cannot reup the forum since I dont have a pin code I was supposed to have been given when I ordered the domain. They say they cannot verify my identity. I never ordered the domain thru go daddy, it was all thru forumotion. Now all I want is to be able to get back to the forum at kevhead.forumotion.net and I cant because the redirect is still to kevheadshack.com. Now after godaddy says I cant reup without a pin, I need to do a change of email address or something to be able to buy the domain, and probably a hosting package to go along with it. So I cant reup because of my identity, but can reup by changing my identity. That just makes no sense.
I was sent two emails by forumotion, the first was at 9:42 am
