editing large amount of permissions?

ok, my friend joined my site and said that he cant post videos for 7 days. how do i edit it so that my new members can post videos instantly?

also, is there an easier way to edit large amounts of permissions. because right now i gotta edit everly last forum to get them to work. its so confusing Crying or Very sad

For your first question, I think this will do:

AP > General > Security > "Prohibit registered members for less than a week to post external links and emails"

Select No.

Don't know about your second question.

i need a lot of help is not an appropriate nor explicit title in rearguards to your question.
when posting on forumotion support you tile must be in reference to your problem or forumotion staff nor members will help until the tile is changed.
