ipad can't connect to forum

Hi there, sorry I've searched for an answer to this but can't find it. I have a new forum member whose ipad won't bring up my forum. It brings up the address bar with the url, but won't go any further, it's just a plain screen underneath.

Any ideas why?

Sounds like you are using the mobile feature which could do this from time to time. There should be a button called classic mode.

Thanks for the reply - do you mean a button on the ipad?

It's not my ipad, and it's her only access to the internet, and she can get on every other forum!
