    Like, can I add a member to a group without them reaching a certain amount of posts or requesting to join?

    Go to the page for the group and add the member you want to add.

    If your an Administrator in the Forums go to
    AC>>User & Groups>> Group Administration>>Add them in the group you want them to be in.
