Can someone please make me an animated message?

Before when I was surfing at the site, I found a post where they made animated "welcome" words thingy.

Does that make sense?

Could someone please make me a animated,

"Welcome!" word?

The one where it lights up and moves and everything? I can't really explain it well.

And also, could you please do the

"Admin!" too?

I want to try to put it in the Rankings thingy =]
