Problem with categories Empty Problem with categories

Hello,

I have problem with categories. I creat a categories in my administration panel:

Problem with categories 98582631hq7

but on the forum, categories don`t exist:

Problem with categories Beztytuuwl5

What I must do, to create categories?

Go to admin panel=>general=>Homepage=>Hierarchy. At "Split categories on index" choose Medium and then press save.
