[Request] Ranks

Nature of the Creation: I need ranks made with the army logos (link included) and the "text to insert" with some kind of background (preferably oval) behind them so I can use them for my ranks.
Size (In Pixels): Not sure on size, whatever will fit my forum best.
With or Without Animation: YOUR INFOS HERE (precise the kind of animation you want)
Main Colors: Nothing to bright, remember it is a zombie forum, so mostly red and black, or whatever else looks best in your opinion.

Font Color: Whatever you think based on the background you pick for them.

Made these, but was using Paint.NET and not my preferred Photoshop.
