Well it depends on your behavior and if you are aiming for the position as a manager well it is very hard to become one you can only be a manager if you are promoted as the head of support moderators,forum reviewers,graphic designers, or themers ...

Bascially asking does not help. If they need someone, the staff will send a pm to the member who meet the requirements.
