Where and How can I get a backup of the MySQL DB for my Site?

Users don't have access of files of their database. You can restore your forum using this tool https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

May I ask why you cannot backkup the database and then send it to me?

Because forumotion dose not offer it,
Most free hosting do not. If you want to have access to your own data on your forum then you have to go with a paid software/board such as regular phpbb or v-bulletin. Then you can have it on your own server or use some sort of paid service provider.
