Hashtags don't work

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with the hashtags of my forum. To be exact, they don't work.

You can see the yellow ones with white text,

Clicking on them leads nowhere and nothing happens.
I don't know when it got messed up, it got reported quite some time ago, and I cannot seem to find the cause of the problem.
