Calendar

Can some one tell me how to enter date and time in the calendar? It is not really clear.
I got the date part OK. Now if I want to post an event next Monday September 7, from 2 to 6 pm.
What should I put in "Hour of the Event"?
"During"?

when clicking on calender in the nav bar you will see add an event at the bottom of the calendar.When clicking on add event under the subject box you will see options and under that calendar. click on the + sign to open calender options and set as you wish.

Thanks for getting back to me; I don't have an "add an event" button in my calendar.

You have to have the calender activated.

Admin panel>modules>calender>configurations.

Select (yes) for (Activate the topic calendar) then set the other setting as you wish.

after that you will have to go through your forums permissions one by one to set the calender permissions for members,staff or guest how you see fit.
It will probably be easier to set one forums permissions first. then copy the permissions from that forum to the others. unless you want the forums calender permissions or other permissions different for which ever forums? then you will have to set them one by one.
