Can't access admin panel Empty Can't access admin panel

i know my username.I just can't recall either the password OR even the email account i used to register with when i opened the forum so i can't even have the password sent!

the username is Cains The Main. I've tried every password i can think of that i normally use and every email account out there i have. NOTHING seems to do it.
I can give other info to show it's my account and a POSSIBLE email addy i MIGHT have used. I have to change some things in the admin panel. I change out the video of the week on a regular basis.

HELP!!!!
