I want to move the menu above the logo. For Punbb forum. Anyone know with which skript is happening?

Hi! Read this tutorial:
Gasiti codul = Find code;
Dupa care dati cut si paste intre = Then cut code and paste between;
Si = And;
Click Inregistrare apoi Publica = Click Save then Publish template;
Pentru PunBB = For PunBB versions.
